These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kiddimoto website (the “Website”) and the purchase of products through it.
The Kiddimoto brand is owned by ATHOLLCO10 LTD. This Website is owned and operated by Urban Moto Ltd, trading as Urban Moto Distribution, the official UK distributor for Kiddimoto products (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

You may use the Website for lawful personal use only. You must not:
- Copy, download, scrape, or harvest any content or data from the Website.
- Use automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers, or user accounts.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
All content, including images, videos, graphics, and product designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Kiddimoto or its licensors.
3. Products & Descriptions
We work hard to ensure our products are accurately described. However:
- Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device.
- All products are subject to availability.
- We may change specifications or discontinue products without notice.
Where our balance bikes are based on licensed motorcycle designs (e.g. Ducati or Triumph), all trademarks and styling are used under official licence.
4. Ordering With Us
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- The product is unavailable
5. Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the Website include VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
Typical dispatch time: within 2 working days.
Typical delivery time: 2–5 working days (location dependent).
During busy periods, pre-order launches, or courier delays, delivery times may vary. Any delivery dates given are estimates and not guaranteed.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
(Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 90 days from the day you receive your order.
To cancel, email info@kiddimoto.co.uk with your order number.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
A. Change-of-Mind Returns
- Products must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
B. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period:
- We will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue.
For damaged-in-transit goods, please notify us within 7 days.
9. Warranty
Every Kiddimoto balance bike includes a 1-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects.
You may optionally register your product for a 5-year extended warranty at no additional cost. Instructions are included with each product.
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse or accidents
- Improper storage, assembly, or modification
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
We are responsible for:
- Supplying products that are safe and of satisfactory quality
- Foreseeable loss caused by our breach
- Product liability where required by UK law
We are not responsible for:
- Losses not caused by our actions
- Business-related losses (consumer use only)
